Spelman Development Company, LLC is a specialized general contractor located in upstate New York. Our business consists of two specialty core units: SDC Contractors and SDC Millwork.

Our construction division, SDC Contractors, offers a full range of construction services from simple repairs, to remodels, build-outs, additions, and out-of-the-ground projects. We offer superior service to our customers through our experienced team of employees, commitment to quality, and personal involvement on projects.

Our millwork division, SDC Millwork, produces top quality millwork, competitively priced, in a timely manner. Our projects range from laminated casework to solid surface to custom woodwork (in numerous hard and softwoods). We are superior to other shops in that we can provide full service millwork, from the design process to installation by our field division, SDC Contractors. Or, if you prefer, our millwork is available for outside sale and installation by others.
